Due to liability issues, most Owners do not allow this, however, simply by prorating a few days of rent, is allowed.
You will receive the keys once you have signed the lease and other documents necessary, the Move-In funds are paid in full, and a Move-In Inspection has been performed.
At the time of the lease signing, you will receive our Utility Addendum, which provides you with any of the companies you will need to contact. In addition, at the signing, PG & E now requires you to fill out their form provided.
No, we do not provide statements showing rent owed.
