You decide what you want to do with the deposit. Keep it while your Tenant remains in your property, or have us keep it in your account. We are not allowed by law to pay interest on security deposits to Owners or Tenants.
No, we do not charge a setup fee, and are a value based management company.
No, we don’t believe in adding fees for renewing your lease, and if you are looking for a long term Tenant, we strive to help you accomplish this goal.
Yes, unless an Owner chooses not to be involved in this case, we communicate closely with you once we have found a qualified Tenant. You can choose to meet them or we can tell you what we have learned about them. We run the applicant’s credit in-house.
